Special and Custom Orders Custom orders are shipped within fourteen days. Special and custom order items are final sales and are not returnable.

Privacy Policy ErgoOutfitters and Advanced Ergonomics does not offer your personal information to any persons, company or organization for purchase or otherwise.

Shipping All orders are shipped United Parcel Service (UPS) unless otherwise specified. In some instances an alternative carrier will be used.

Warranty Manufacturer's standard product guarantee. Products are guaranteed free from defects in workmanship and materials for one (1) year unless otherwise specified, provided that the failure was not caused by accident or deliberate misuse. Custom products carry no warranty.

Return Policy If for any reason you are dissatisfied with an item, please contact us within ten days of receipt for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior approval. Items must be complete in the original packaging. A handling/restocking fee may apply. Shipping/handling charges are not refundable.
